The reason we worked with Mast is because we trust our builder-and he works exclusively with Mast. From the beginning, Mast worked closely with us to help us choose the right system for our home.
I think they are a company with integrity and they do what they say they are going to do, which is what I want most in a heating/cooling company.
Since our home is rather large with some unique rooms to heat and cool, Mast specifically designed a system to fit. Even the lookout room over the living room, with the entrance through the chimney, is heated and cooled just as well as the rest of the house.
We have the annual maintenance plan, which identifies any issues in a timely manner before they become problems. Our air conditioner did go out, however, but Mast was there to fix it immediately.
We were impressed with the customer service. Everyone we talked to, either on the phone or in person with the installation technicians, was pleasant and helpful. We even went with the modern air vents because of the salesperson's enthusiasm—we didn't think aesthetics mattered at first, but now we're glad we listened.
The best part about Mast is they do what they say they're going to do. When it comes to heating and cooling, we want to be fully informed and be sure we're getting good, quality service. With Mast, there's never any doubt. If we build another house, we will definitely use Mast again.
